10-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of original purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover: wear and tear; normal changes in softness or resilience (including impressions less than 0.75 inches in depth); stained or soiled product; misuse or improper maintenance; alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives; or damage resulting from transit, handling, use, accident, or otherwise. Mattresses should be opened within 30 days of delivery for the warranty to apply. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser residing in the U.S. and does not protect counterfeit products or products purchased from unauthorized retailers.

Malouf™ will repair, replace, or refund any product that proves to be defective in materials or craftsmanship. To submit your warranty claim, email warranty@maloufhome.com. Please keep your receipt so we can process your request. We also recommend registering your product here for quicker service. To make a claim on a Malouf™ sleep system, submit information for both your mattress and adjustable base.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
